*Visit to Mental Health Institutions* On 8/02/2025, sixth semester psychology students of NEST College Payyanur visited two prominent mental health institutions in Kozhikode: *Chethana Centre for Neuropsychiatry* and *Government Mental Health Centre, Kuthiravattam, Kozhikode*. The purpose of this visit was to gain practical exposure to clinical mental health services and psychiatric care. Both visits provided valuable insights into the real-world application of psychological theories and therapeutic practices. Students were able to observe how mental health professionals work together to support individuals with psychiatric conditions and gained first hand experience of the challenges and rewards of working in mental health settings. These observations enhanced the student's understanding of clinical psychology and psychiatric care. Students, Fathima, Farhana, Unnikrishnan and Hridya were accompanied by Assistant professor Krishna Ramachandran during the visit.
