Nest College NSS Unit 70, Kanhangad District Hospital and Thrikaripur Blood Donors jointly organized a blood donation camp at Nest College. A medical team headed by Kanhangad District Hospital Medical Officer Nimmi John led the camp. Karivellur Peralam Village Panchayat Standing Committee Chairperson P. Shyamala, Welfare Standing Committee Chairman P. Balakrishnan, Planning Committee Vice-Chairman P. V. Narayanan visited the camp. NSS Program Officer Anita M. V and NSS volunteers joined forces and prepared the necessary equipment for the camp. Thrikaripur Blood Donors Chief Camp Coordinator Abdul Samad, Patron Abdul Jalil, Angel Wing Members Rasheed Abdul Jalil and Seenath gave necessary instructions to the camp. The active participation of college chairman MP A Rahim, Malayalam department teacher K Ramachandran Nair, KP Murali, teachers and students made the camp a huge success.
