Yoga training was organized under the joint auspices of Nest College Health Club, NSS Unit - 70, Karivellur Peralam Ayurveda Dispensary. The program was organized to learn about yoga as part of the curriculum in the four-year undergraduate course and to make children aware of the importance of yoga in increasing mental health. Yoga Training was given by Ayurveda Hospital Wellness Center Yoga Instructor S. Sreekala . In addition, around ten women trained from the Ayurvedic dispensery performed yoga exercises in front of the students. College Chairman MPA Rahim inaugurated the programme. NSS Program Officer MV Anitha, Assistant Professor Ajitha Rakesh and Administrator K.P Murali etc spoke. Then a training program for children was also held.
